Tcorr Inspection’s Robotic AI & Machine Learning Research & Development
Since Tcorr Inspection’s design and introduction of satellite telemetry for cathodic protection data into our portfolio over two years ago, a natural progression was to develop and introduce artificial intelligence and machine learning object recognition into the coating inspection industry. This would keep abreast and align with developments of coating application robotics out in industry.
Our recent “proof of concept” has been for the steel and concrete tank sector. Tcorr Inspection has designed robotic modules for flooring inspection of DFTs, surface profile depths, environmental temperatures, visual appearance etc. These POC modules are also designed to climb steel walls, thus eliminating the requirement for elevated work platform access.
